- Notice is hereby given that the Village of Cayuga Heights has filed its Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year ending May 31, 2010 to the Office of State Comptroller.  This report may be inspected at the Cayuga Heights Village Office, 836 Hanshaw Road during office hours to wit:  Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

- Notice is hereby given that the Village of Cayuga Heights has completed the Stormwater Management Program Annual Report for the year ending March 9, 2011.  This report is prepared for compliance with the NYSDEC Phase II SPDES General Permit (GP-02-02) for Stormwater Discharges from Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems. It is available for inspection at the Village Clerk's Office, 836 Hanshaw Road, or view online.

Mon, February 6th- Zoning Board of Appeals regular meeting Village of Cayuga Heights, 7PM, Marcham Hall - (for copies of applications & supporting documents go to the Zoning Board of Appeals link listed on the left of this page)

7:00 pm: Request by John Novarr, 876 Highland Road, for a variance to allow an existing building to remain with a side yard setback of 8’-7”, which is less than the 15’ required by Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Ordinance Section 6: Yard Requirements. Additionally, the applicant is seeking an interpretation of the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Ordinance Section 5: Height of Buildings to determine exactly how the “height” of buildings shall be calculated.  In the event the ZBA determines the height of buildings should be calculated in a way that renders the applicant’s proposed project to be out of compliance with the current Zoning Ordinance, then the applicant will be seeking an second area variance to construct a second story on top of the existing building that is the subject of the first area variance request.

7:15 pm: Request by Joyce Putnam, 706 The Parkway, for a variance to allow an existing 6’ high (varies) lattice fence to remain on a portion of the front and side property lines (0’ setback), which is less than the 25’/15’ required by the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Ordinance Section 6: Yard Requirements.

7:30 pm: Request by Roseanne Moresco, 7 Highland Park Land, for a variance to allow an existing 7’-8” high wood fence to remain on a portion of the side and rear property lines (0’ setback), which is less than the 15’/15’ required by the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Ordinance Section 6: Yard Requirements.

7:45 pm: Request by Petru Petrina, 906 Triphammer Road, for a variance to allow an existing shed to remain as built with dimensions of 10’x14’x13.5’, of which two of the dimensions exceed the 12’x12’x12’ allowed by Local Law No. 1 of 2011: Portable Sheds.
